Hiya peeps.

Loads of elderflower around us atthe moment. anyone got any good recipes for an elderflower cordial? the type you would keep in the fridge and dilute to taste as you want it? what would its keeping qualities be like? my lad likes the bottle green juices but they are so expensive, so if i can make my own.....

there was one in the Mail on Sunday live magazine, by Tom Parker-Bowles that is a family recipe.
